We offer from stock:- a comprehensive range of bright annealed seamless tubes in grades 304L and 316L; a complete range of seamless pipes from 1/4"NB to 10"NB in SCH10, SCH40 and SCH80; butt weld seamless pipe fittings; welded tubes for automotive exhaust manufacture, including perforated tubes. From production, we can offer tubes and pipes in all stainless steel material grades at competitive prices and with quick delivery times. Investment casting is a method of making small, simple or intricately shaped parts to a relatively high degree of accuracy and with a smooth surface,Aluminium alloys are melted in bale-out furnaces, whilst all other alloys are melted in high-frequency induction furnaces. The metal is poured into a hot shell, enabling the material to flow into thin wall sections giving fine furnace detail. Working with your engineers, we can supply the tooling designs in both 2d and 3d for any new projects for castings. Once drawings are agreed we can, either supply the tooling for your own production or produce the parts for you. Supply these on a call off basis or to whatever your requirements may be. Special Fasteners are also a speciality of Asco Fixings. We have our own joint venture in India, which can manufacture fasteners in all grades from M2 to M20 in metric sizes or imperial.
